We’re more than just a gym full of equipment.


At Generation Fitness, we focus on building confidence, strength and community. Whether you’re a complete beginner, someone returning to training, or an experienced lifter, you’ll be part of a welcoming environment where people support each other.


Our focus is long-term progress, proper coaching and helping people feel stronger both inside and outside the gym.


Absolutely. Many of our members started with zero gym experience. We’ll guide you through the basics, help you feel comfortable and make sure you know exactly what to do from day one. 


You’re not alone, this is one of the most common things we hear.


Walking into a new gym can feel intimidating, especially if you’ve had a bad experience before or don’t feel confident. We’ve built Generation Fitness to be welcoming, supportive and beginner-friendly.


You won’t be judged for where you’re starting. Everyone starts somewhere, and our community genuinely wants to see people succeed.


Yes, members have 24/7 access so you can train when it suits your schedule.


Whether you prefer early mornings, late nights or training around work and family commitments, you’ll have the flexibility to fit training into your life.


We have options from 12 weeks up to 12 months. Unsure whats for you? We can help you decide


This is where we have at least 1 of our coaches on the floor assisting the members. This is included in your membership at no extra cost


Yes we do. Our coaches specialise in Strength & Conditioning. So whether your trying to lose weight, gain muscle, get stronger or perform better in sport, we've got you covered


Yes, when taught properly, strength training is one of the safest and most effective ways to improve your health, confidence and fitness.


We focus on teaching good technique, starting at an appropriate level and helping you progress at a pace that suits you. You won’t be expected to know what you’re doing on day one.


There's quite a big lsit of things! So here's a few of them

  • Increased strength & muscle mass, 
  • fat loss and improved body composition, 
  • increased bone density, 
  • joint health and injury prevention
  • improved metabolic and heart health
  • improved mental health and confidence


That depedant on your schedule and goals, but we recommend 3-4 sessions per week.


No.


While we love strength training and powerlifting, most of our members are everyday people wanting to get stronger, lose weight, feel healthier and build confidence.


You do not need to compete or have any interest in powerlifting to feel at home here.
